Rules.
It kinda goes without saying that you're expected to act like big boys & girls here. That means no obscene language, no dirty pictures, no name-calling (ad hom attacks), no yelling, spitting, or pushing, etc...
You can, however, go swimming right after you eat. That whole "killer cramp" thing your parents fed you was a myth.
At any rate, try to remember that there are real live people behind the usernames and we'll all be fine.

I thought they were simple enough.
Let me reiterate what I've already stated: arguing against someone's position by attacking the character of the poster and not the poster's argument is against the rules. From now on, I'm not going to remove the violation - I'll simply remove the violator. If it's a case where you've just gone a tad too far in a heated exchange, I'll probably give you a warning first. Usually, pointing out an ad hom argument is enough for posters to take a different approach. Usually.
